I am dedicated to serving the residents of Bastrop County with integrity and efficiency. With years of experience, I am committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent judicial process for all.
In March of 2026 a Primary Election will be held, this is when EVERY vote counts. All Bastrop County residents registered to vote can, the District Clerk serves ALL Bastrop County.
A primary election in Texas is a partisan election where registered voters choose which candidates will represent a political party in the general election.

Majority vote: For a candidate to win outright, they must receive a majority (more than 50%) of the votes.

Primary runoff: If no candidate gets a majority, the two candidates with the most votes advance to a runoff election, typically held in May.

I am committed to expanding the resources and tools available to the public. I will fight to ease navigation of the Bastrop County Judicial System for the residents.
Records Preservation
I believe it is important to preserve the historical data and records of Bastrop County. I will actively work on the organization and archiving of 100+ year old documents that are currently deteriorating in basement storage.
